MARS PIZZA IS GROWING - AND WE NEED YOU!

Mars Pizza is under new ownership, and planning for growth as we expand our menu, our hours, and our delivery area! We're not your run-of-the-mill pizza shop - we take pride in what we do, invest in our team, and love to serve our customers! We are looking for friendly, motivated, responsible people to join our team! We currently have openings for:

Cashiers and prep team members, Friday through Sundays with potential flexibility for other shifts as well.
Cooks and Pizza Makers, Fridays through Sundays, with additional shifts available.

Minimum age for team members is 15 years, with a work permit.

If you have a passion for food, or even just want to learn to cook, this might be a perfect fit for you. WHY SMALL BUSINESS?

Mars Pizza is a small, family-owned local business, and not a national pizza or convenience store chain. Why would you want to work for a small business rather than a national or international chain?

We can’t afford a CEO who sits in a plush office in another state that our team will never see or talk to. You’re more likely to see the owner washing dishes, cleaning the floor, making pizzas, or serving customers.
We can’t afford a Human Resources Director who creates policies for dress codes, and standards for what is acceptable in terms of hair color, hair styles, tattoos, and piercings.
As a small business, we aren’t responsible to stockholders who demand we grow a certain amount each year no matter what, and force us to cut staff when we don’t.
We’re not a faceless national brand where pay and policies have to be approved by multiple layers of management, but where our owners can make decisions on the spot about how to reward our team for performance, and are always available to lend an ear for questions and problems.
